How to find the Kings Arms Portesham

The Kings Arms is situated in the beautiful West Dorset village of Portesham, close to the south coast 7 miles from Weymouth, 9 miles from Dorchester and 12 miles from Bridport.

From Weymouth & Portland

From the centre of Weymouth take the Abbotsbury Road following signs for Westham, Chickerell and Abbotsbury. Turn right onto Chickerell Road following signs for Abbotsbury and continuing on to the B3157 to Portesham. The Kings Arms is on your right as you enter the village.

From Dorchester

From the centre follow signs for Weymouth then take the A35 signposted Charminster, Winterbourne Abbas, Bridport and Sherbourne. At Winterbourne Abbas turn left for Portesham and Abbotsbury. Follow signs for Portesham, Abbotsbury and Hardy's Monument, then Portesham. The Kings Arms is on your left.

From Bridport

Take the A35 for Dorchester and turn right before reaching Winterbourne Abbas on to Longland's Lane signposted Littlebredy. Follow signs for Portesham, Abbotsbury and Hardy's Monument, then Portesham. The Kings Arms is on your left.
